The Perfect Wine & Beer for Every Moment

In 2015 Anna and Gábor, both passionate wine lovers decided to extend their expert knowledge in the field of viticulture and attended training. Together they participated in three progressive courses, which are organized by the Italian Association of Sommeliers, called AIS (Associazione Italiana Sommelier).

In July 2017 Anna completes the course successfully so that from now on she can call herself a wine sommelière with a state-approved diploma.

In the autumn of the same year Gábor continues his formation in another category, the beer culture. At the beginning of December, after several courses in which he acquires a lot of new knowledge, he obtains the diploma that graduates him as a beer expert („Südtiroler Diplom-Bier-Expert“).

One year later he crowns his beer know-how and becomes a certificated beer sommelier  („Doemens-Diplom Biersommelier”).
