News 2019: Homemade craft-brewed beer!
For several years now, Gábor, the junior manager of the hut, experiments, just for his private pleasure, with hops and malt. After various brewing courses, where he gained the practical skills about the brewing art and finally became a beer sommelier, he installed now, together with the owner Hanspeter Frenner, a professional brewery in the basement of the hut.
As of January 2019 you can enjoy our own beer from the highest brewery in Europe located on 2050m above sea level: tangy wheat beer and an unfiltered lager beer, brewed in accordance with the German Purity Law and with the fresh and crystal-clear mountain water of the Dolomites.
